Individual Therapy

If you are a caregiver or healer, someone who gives of yourself to the sacrifice of your own well-being - I can help you reconnect with your spark. Through holistic, somatic work that encompasses all of who you are, I can help guide you in revitalizing your life and your relationships in ways that honor your own needs while still engaging in your passions and rediscovering the joy of service.

I am the clinical director at Inside Passage Counseling in Bellingham, Washington and provide clinical services (therapy for individuals and couples) in person in our downtown office and virtually to those in the state of Washington. Clinical Supervision

I am grounded in a systemic approach to mindfulness-based experiential therapy with a social justice lens. I have extensive experience with couples and play therapy with children. As a supervisor, my goal is to assist you with becoming the best therapist you can be, congruent with your own worldview and therapeutic approach. I especially enjoy connecting theory to practice, and self-of-the-therapist work.

Couples Therapy

I specialize in helping couples improve communication, increase intimacy, and discover how to be authentic to themselves within a partnership. I work well with clients who already have deep insight into themselves and their past, yet struggle to apply that insight into transformative, lasting change. I am trainined in both EFT and the Gottman method for couples therapy.

Mindfulness Instruction

Over the past 10 years, I have incorporated mindfulness into my teaching, research, and clinical work as a foundation for helping people to connect more deeply to themselves and others in authentic and skillful ways. I am passionate about the application of mindfulness to relationships to promote presence, empathy, compassion, and joy. I have over 20 years of mindfulness experience and am a certified mindfulness instructor through MNDFL.

Training and Speaking

As a relationship expert, I can bring clarity to your group or organization related to empathetic leadership, creating a culture of connection, or building a system that supports authentic relationships. I have extensive experience facilitating groups, providing trainings, and speaking in small and large venues.
